  • Engaging in communications with customers by email, chat and service desk tool to identify, track and resolve issues.
  • Own user issues from end-to-end. Understand the user’s issues, update tickets, following up with internal teams through and customers through resolution.
  • Ensuring customers and users have a quick response time by staying on top of their assigned tickets.
  • Update knowledge base support documentation after each interaction as needed.
