As our business grows, we're seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team and help us continue delivering the high level of service our customers expect.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic individual to take on the role of Service Advisor in our fast-paced service department. This role involves being the primary point of contact between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist service customers in person and over the phone
  • Open and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and updates to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics
  • Schedule service appointments and manage daily shop capacity
  • Maintain a clean and organized service counter and workspace
  • Ensure all work is documented according to company and manufacturer standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive or powersports preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and experience with service management software an asset
  • Enthusiasm for power sports and mechanical knowledge is a strong asset
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach

This is a full time position - Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM, Rotating Saturdays, 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM
