What You'll Be Doing

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. As Sales Lead, you’ll be right in the action—setting the pace, aligning strategy of the organization with execution in the sales team, ensuring results without losing sight of what matters: people and purpose. Day-to-Day responsibilities include and are not limited to... 

  • Leading with clarity and conviction: Set expectations and hold the line when it matters—while still leading with empathy and a people-first approach. 
  • Foster growth: Work closely with sales team members, providing coaching weekly to help them sharpen their sales instincts and build the confidence necessary to thrive in their sales careers.
  • Connect strategy to action: In collaboration with Senior Leadership and other departments such as marketing or service, translate company goals into team tactics and execution.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability and trust: Lead by example in upholding our core values and be the person your team respects, not because of your title, but because of your consistency, decisiveness, and support.
  • Lead projects that move the needle: Take ownership of initiatives and projects tied to sales process improvement, team capability, and customer experience.

About You

  • You’re an experienced sales professional with a knack for coaching and mentoring.
  • You thrive on helping others succeed and know how to get the best out of people
  • You’re goal-oriented, and always looking for ways to make things better.
  • You lead by example and live by values like openness, honesty, trust, and respect.
  • You’re a great communicator who’s comfortable giving feedback, celebrating wins, and tackling challenges head-on.
