Description

Wanted - a kitchen prep/short order cook responsible for preparing and cooking food quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The duties include setting up the prep station, stocking inventory and maintaining sanitation standards.

Experience would be an asset.

 

North Star*

North Star* has 2 fully licensed restaurants: Coast and The Bothy, both of which are open to residents and non residents alike. The former serves traditional breakfasts and light snacks, each day, from 7.30am until 10.30am, and lunch from 12 noon until 2:30pm. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays until 2.30pm. Dinner is served in The Bothy 7 days a week, from 5.30pm, with last orders taken at 9pm with live music at the weekends.
