CBU invites applications for the Program Specialist, Post-Baccalaureate. This is a full time limited term position for approximately one year.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day administration of Post-Baccalaureate (PB) Diploma programs, and provide administrative support to the Program Director. 

Some of these duties, but not limited to, are:

  • Respond to student inquiries including in person, email and phone inquiries
  • Liaise and provide support as necessary to all CBU stakeholders
  • Develop, and manage an efficient communication strategy which promotes the engagement of students, faculty and staff in areas such as recreation programs, events and facility availability.
  • Execute and carry through on special assignments and on organizing events

The successful candidate will also be required to be discreet, maintain confidentiality, and positively represent the Shannon School of Business (SSOB).
