Description

Cook Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, qualities standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure all food products are fresh and of high quality before cooking.
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely ordering of supplies.
  • Maintain a CLEAN and ORGANIZED kitchen area, including PROPEWR SGTORAGE of food, utensils and equiptment.
  • Follow proper FOOD SAFETY and SANITATION procedure to prevent foodborne illness.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus that meets customers preferences and dietary restriction.
  • Assist in CREATING NEW DISHES and SPECIALS to enhance the menu and attract customers.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulation while working in the kitchen.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and special request.
  • Work effeciently in fast-paced environment , especially during peak preparation and service.
