Description

Highland Landscapes is looking for an ambitious, hard working, positive individual to work with our landscape crew. 

A typical workday would consist of arriving at Highland yard at 6:45am, reviewing work tasks and safety concerns, moving material and tools, and assisting with physical labour tasks to accomplish on-site goals. Landscape cosntruction generally includes topsoil and sodding, tree planting, pavers and wallstone construction and landscape maintenance. Highland provides any PPE and tools required, after probation period.

Requirements
  • Reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Work safely and effectively in a construction or farm environment
  • Physical ability & stamina to work outdoors and lift/ move heavy construction and landscaping materials around project sites
  • Access to mobile phone for daily communication via email,
  • Steel toed boots
  • Basic First Aid Certification and WHIMIS 2015
