WHAT WOULD YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM?

  • Extensive customer service soft skills: with emphasis on demonstrating caring and empathy while taking ownership of each situation to provide first contact resolution

  • Quality focused; ensuring compliance with compliance requirements, SOPs, and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to details; confidence demonstrated in all responses for member inquiries
  • Personal attributes that include reliability, professionalism, ability to work independently, positive attitude, a problem solver and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Teamwork oriented, with mentoring skills and willingness
  • ability to recognize when something is not typical and seek assistance to ensure customer needs are taken care of.
  • Ability to multitask (i.e. talking listening, entering and documenting information simultaneously while managing the pace of the call and maintaining focus on the customer
  • Has a strong comfort level in conducting Internet searches

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • Minimum 1 year customer service
  • Completion of High School or equivalent to
  • Ability to work FT Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and Sat 9-730 (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
  • Must be available for FT come Sept.
  • Background clearance etc.
  • Pass a language assessment, typing test, Language assessment, multitasking and navigation.
  • Strong work ethic
