Description
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with both co-workers & guests
- Maintaining a clean & safe working environment
- Willingness & ability to adapt and adjust
- Demonstrate knowledge of all food and drink menus, including wine
- Demonstrate proper wine service at the table
- Completion of daily checklists
- Cleaning & setting of tables
- Seating & serving of guests
- Preparing of alcoholic beverages
- Completion of timesheets for bi-weekly payroll
- Preparation/moving of tables for reservations
- Preparation of coffee & tea
- Effectively polishing of cutlery & glasses
- Proper folding of linens
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year previous Serving experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to carry up to 30lbs
- Must have own transportation
- Must live in and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Part-time, Casual - Schedule: 6-8 hour shifts, 3-4 days/week
- Salary starts at $18 per hour, plus tips
