Anchored Recruiting is delighted to partner with East Side Marios, a successful restaurant in Sydney, Nova Scotia, to find a Front of House Manager to be part of their team. 

Our client, East Side Marios, is a proud family restaurant, serving up Italian classics in a lively, fun atmosphere in the heart of Sydney.  They have a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their diverse, dedicated team. This Front of House Manager will take a lead role in the success of the restaurant with a focus on promotions, training, profitability, employees, brand standards, and, of course, customer service.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will need to have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, all while having excellent organizational and leadership skills. This candidate must have a solid understanding of sales and marketing, restaurant operations, as well as food handling and safety.

We are seeking a driven, customer-focused multitasker, with a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the food industry. Previous experience in marketing and training is also essential. The Front of House Manager must have strong leadership skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have a great work ethic, be professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is offering you:

  • Compensation will be $40,000/year plus bonus for achieved targets
