About the Opportunity


A Station Lead Operator is responsible for monitoring all Production related activity on his/her assigned shift and assigned facility as well as operating a station. This position is a combination of day and evening shifts. Protocase’s production facility features a number of stations, each requiring different tasks and skill sets. Our production stations include:


  • Laser-cutting
  • CNC Machining
  • Bending/Brake Press
  • Sanding
  • Fasteners and Hardware
  • Chem-film Conversion
  • Welding
  • Paint Prep & Powder coat Painting
  • Digital Printing
  • Silk-screening
  • Assembly & Packaging

There are specific skills that Protocase would consider a major asset:

  • Operating machinery
  • Transporting materials and finished products
  • Sanding/grinding
  • Sorting
  • Quality assurance
  • Welding
  • CNC Machining
  • Experience in a supervisor/managerial role

Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities of the Station Lead/ Operator will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Providing your team members with a sense of leadership and support, in order to maximize their success

  • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
