Description

With a desire to serve people and the ability to quickly build rapport, you will work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, environment, assisting guests with reservations by telephone and email, communicating with guests by phone and email in advance of their visit, checking guests in and providing a site tour, managing guest billing and check out procedures, while also answering guests' questions and assisting them with their hot tubs, campfire skills, and access to resort amenities. Working well with the staff team is essential as together you achieve the goal of exceptional service.

Previous hospitality experience an asset, as is any experience in hot tub management.

Preference given to applicants who fit the criteria for this grant-funded position, i.e. ages 15-30, but others also encouraged to apply. 

On-site housing is available.
