Main tasks

  • Prepare classroom activities that focus on enhancing your students' speaking skills
  • Encourage students to practice by using gaes and real-life situations in a respectful and creative way
  • Share your culture and its unique features through activities
  • Work with small groups of 2 to 10 students
  • Participate in cultural activities

Place of Work

  • A placement in an elementary or secondary school close to your home

**This is a program offered across Canada but Nova Scotia is currently looking for French candidates for Cape Breton Island.**

Requirements

Need to have completed one year of post-secondary education in the last 10 years. 

Need to be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada in order to qualify.
