We are looking for dedicated individuals with provincial certification to join our team! We provide an opportunity to work with an Accredited organization where our caregivers contribute to providing the safest, highest-quality care on Cape Breton Island.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in consistent client relationships where you get to know and build rapport with clients you serve.

We offer flexible and accommodating scheduling (days, evenings, backshifts, vacations).

Minimum shift hours are 4 in hospitals and facilities; 3 in homes.

Many of our staff are working part- and full-time hours based on their preferences.

We provide travel premiums for out-of-town clients.

We provide regular paid training and re-certification.

You supplies are provided: hospital scrubs, name tags, hand sanitizer, gloves, bags, etc.

You get ongoing and 24/7 caring support.
