About the Opportunity

Production Leads are responsible for monitoring all Production related activity on their assigned shift, within their assigned scope - their primary goal is looking after their people (Production Operators). Protocase’s production facility features a number of stations, each requiring different tasks and skill sets. Our production stations include:

  • Laser-cutting
  • CNC Machining
  • Bending/Brake Press
  • Sanding
  • Fasteners and Hardware
  • Chem-film Conversion
  • Welding
  • Paint Prep & Powder coat Painting
  • Digital Printing
  • Silk-screening
  • Assembly & Packaging

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing your team members with a sense of leadership and support, in order to maximize their success
  • Ensuring adherence to safety standards
  • Preparing production reports on a regular basis
  • Communicate issues effectively
  • Team building/fostering relationships
  • Complete Checklists
  • Administrative work
  • Clearing roadblocks for operators 
  • On occasion, operating machinery
  • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

In exchange for your hard work and attention to following procedures diligently, you will have the potential to earn a complete annual compensation package starting between $42,000.00 to $55,000.00, dependent upon experience.
